We are affiliated with National Association of Chapter 13 Trustees (NACTT).

The organization is dedicated to the highest standards of education related to Chapter 13 bankruptcy and education.

Peritus is an active member of the Receivables Management Association International. This is the nonprofit trade association that represents more than 550 companies that support the purchase, sale, and collection of performing and nonperforming receivables on the secondary market.

We are a proud member of The National Automotive Finance Association. This is the only trade association exclusively serving the non-prime auto financing industry. NAF believes that a healthy and sustainable non-prime automotive marketplace is driven by ethical and responsible practices. The NAF Association is the advocate and the voice for these practices.

Founded in 1939, ACA brings together third-party collection agencies, law firms, creditors and vendor affiliates, representing more than 230,000 industry employees. ACA establishes ethical standards, produces a wide variety of products, services and publications, and articulates the value of the credit and collection industry to businesses, policymakers and consumers.

We are a proud member of American Financial Services Association. AFSA provides the consumer credit industry and the consumers it serves with a voice in Washington, D.C., where the association is headquartered, access to the media and investment community. It also provides research, policy advice and issues management at both the federal and state level.
